Company Overview

Azule Energy is a standalone integrated-energy joint venture owned 50:50 by bp and Eni. It was created in 2022 by combining the partners’ Angolan assets and workforces and is headquartered in Luanda. Its portfolio is centered on deepwater oil and gas in Angola, extends into natural gas and solar power, and now includes offshore exploration in Namibia.
