Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (COOEC) is a Shanghai-listed engineering company controlled by China National Offshore Oil Corporation. Headquartered in Tianjin Binhai New Area, it integrates design, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning and maintenance. Its activities span offshore oil and gas, FPSOs and other floating facilities, LNG, offshore wind and CCUS.

COOEC reports more than 10,000 employees, fabrication bases covering about four million square metres in Tianjin, Qingdao, Zhuhai and other locations, and a specialist construction fleet of 19 vessels. Its project footprint spans more than 20 countries and regions.
