QatarEnergy is the State of Qatar’s national energy corporation and a state-owned public corporation mandated to conduct or authorize petroleum operations. Its integrated activities span exploration, production, processing, refining, marketing and delivery.
The North Field is central to its portfolio. NFE, NFS and NFW are planned to raise Qatar’s LNG capacity from 77 mtpa to 110, 126 and 142 mtpa respectively. QatarEnergy also develops international upstream interests, LNG shipping arrangements and trading capabilities.
