Company Overview
Seatrium Limited is a Singapore-headquartered marine, offshore and energy engineering group. Its legal lineage traces to Jurong Shipyard Limited, established in 1963, while the current group was formed in 2023 through the combination of Sembcorp Marine and Keppel Offshore & Marine.
Through its global yards, engineering teams and technology centres, the group serves energy companies, shipowners and operators across offshore production facilities, drilling rigs, offshore wind infrastructure, specialised vessels, repairs and upgrades.
